In Australia, OMEGA marked the occasion with a unique gala dinner at Fox Studios in Sydney. Hosted in Stage 1, where numerous high-profile films have been shot, the huge space was the perfect venue to welcome a number of VIP guests and celebrities.

The evening was further brought to life by incredible lunar-inspired decoration, interactive video booths as well as OMEGA’s own Golden Astronaut, who was suspended high above the tables in his own special orbit.
As an extra highlight, former NASA astronaut Charlie Duke was on hand for a Q&A, giving his own memories about walking on the moon and his role as CAPCOM for Apollo 11.
Of course, no moon party is complete without the OMEGA Speedmaster – the first watch worn on the moon. Many iconic models were on display, paying tribute to history and inspiring a new generation of explorers.
